To arrange a trip using a dial-a-ride service, passengers must pre-schedule at least one (1) day and sometimes up to 1-2 weeks before the desired trip. To make reservations please call the designated transportation service provider in your county during regular business hours.

  • Date and time of appointment or when you need to travel.
  • Persons traveling with you and any special needs, such as wheelchair transportation, child seats, and oxygen bottles.
